Built for remote teams

TimezoneHelp is a fast, simple timezone converter for anyone who works across time zones - no sign-up, no clutter.

What is TimezoneHelp?

TimezoneHelp is a lightweight web app that helps you answer one question quickly: "What time is it for everyone on my team?"

Pick a moment in time, add the cities or time zones that matter to your team, and instantly see local times side by side. No account needed. Works from any browser, on any device.

Why it was created

Scheduling meetings across time zones is surprisingly annoying. Most tools either do too much (buried in calendar apps) or too little (just a clock converter). TimezoneHelp was built to sit in the middle: focused, fast, and shareable.

The goal is to remove the friction of "wait, what time is 3pm EST in Tokyo?" so you can spend less time on logistics and more time on the work itself.

Features
Up to 5 time zones
Track your whole team at once with side-by-side local times.
Calendar export
Add meetings directly to Google Calendar, Outlook, or .ics.
Shareable links
Copy a URL that encodes your selected time and zones - share it in Slack or email.
Mobile friendly
Fully responsive - works great on phone, tablet, and desktop.
World map view
See day/night and your zones plotted on an interactive globe.
No sign-up required
Open it, use it, share it. No accounts, no tracking, no friction.
Design philosophy
Fast by default. The page loads instantly and the core tool works without any interaction - just land and convert.
No clutter. Every element earns its place. If it doesn't help you find a meeting time, it doesn't belong on screen.
Shareable state. Your selected time and zones live in the URL, so sharing context is as simple as copying a link.
Respect for context. DST, day boundaries, and +/−1 day offsets are shown clearly so you never miss a calendar mistake.
Ready to coordinate?

Pick a time, add your team's cities, and share the link.
